
American Express required a creative investment for their new Supplementary Cards and we proposed an innovative mobile application using augmented reality. The premise was to build a game in which users guided "ants" within a cell-shaded, cardboard cut-out environment that matched American Express's particular art style.
The objective was to guide all ants to a picnic basket so they could work together in bringing home the bounty. This concept matched the core notion of Amex's Supplementary Card campaign which was "strength in numbers".
